This Privacy Policy applies to the web site located at www.AlphaMiner.io (the "Site"), which is owned and operated by Alpha Miner Ltd. ("Alpha Miner"). You may be aware that a new European Union law called the General Data Protection Regulation or "GDPR" gives certain rights to individuals in relation to their personal data. The Privacy Center, when available, will put you in control of how Alpha Miner processes your personal data. It provides you with information about what happens if you adjust your settings on your Account Settings page and how to opt in and or opt out of receiving certain messages from Alpha Miner. If we send you electronic marketing messages based on your consent or as otherwise permitted by applicable law, you may, at any time, respectively withdraw such consent or declare your objection (“opt-out”) at no cost. The electronic marketing messages you receive from Alpha Miner (e.g. those sent via email) also will include an opt-out mechanism within the message itself (e.g. an unsubscribe link in the emails we send to you).

In the event of a accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure of, or access to, personal data transmitted, stored or otherwise processed, Alpha Miner will notify any and all GDPR Protected Users within the required 72-hour breach notification rule of the GDPR.
